Getting here

Flying to
Long Island

We recommend flying into LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

From either airport, you can take an Uber or Lyft, rent a car, or connect to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).

From JFK, take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station to connect with the LIRR. From LaGuardia, take the Q70 LaGuardia Link bus to Woodside Station for an LIRR connection. Plan for a short Uber or Lyft ride from your arrival train station to your hotel.

New York, through our eyes

A little time
in the city.

If you’re making a longer trip of it, spend a little time in New York, the city we call home. Here are a few of our favorite places to eat, drink, and find something sweet.

For a classic New York dinner

Keens Steakhouse

A classic steakhouse for an evening with a little old New York character.

For Italian food & wine

Roscioli

A little taste of Rome in New York, with Italian food and wine at the heart of it.

For a slice along the way

Prince Street Pizza

A stop for a Sicilian square while wandering through SoHo.

For an evening out

The Carnegie Club

An intimate cigar lounge with cocktails, live music, and a vintage New York feel.

For a burger break

Fairfax

A burger stop to work into a day of exploring. It’s one of our favorites.

For a hand roll stop

KazuNori

A favorite for fresh hand rolls when you want something quick and easy.

For a neighborhood evening

Monkey Bar

A neighborhood favorite for an evening out in the city. The monkey bread is a must.

For a New York morning

Liberty Bagels

Our pick for the best French toast bagel. Try it with bacon, egg, and cheese for our favorite sweet and savory combo.

For something sweet

Caffè Panna

Constantly rotating ice cream flavors and fun sundaes for a sweet ending to a day in the city.

For dessert with a twist

Aubi & Ramsa

Ice cream and sorbet infused with liquor for a playful twist inspired by cocktails.
